Spring Greetings!

I don't usually miss my old home in Roswell, NM too often; but when February rolls around and I think about how I could already be wearing flip flops down there, my heart begins to long for the warmer temperatures of that region. But here I am in February wondering when Easter is this year and still wearing my boots and a heavy jacket most days.

So it only seems right to share a spring card as I dream of the warmer days.

And, of course, I have used lots of Jaded Blossom goodies to create it - Scallop Rectangle Dies 2, Rectangle Dies 2, Border Dies 2, Spring Dies 1 (Version 2), Spring Dies 2, and the new Easter Basket Fun stamp set.

My bunny is from Miss Kate Cuttables. The patterned paper is Doodlebug Design. I used a Versamark Watermark stamp pad and Whispers Embossing Powder to add the sentiment.

New Baby, Congratulations!!!

So excited to be taking over the SVG Cutting Files Blog today!

Spring is less than a month away! I am so ready!!! And with spring, I begin to think about tings that are new. New growth and new life - and new babies!!!

I never make enough baby cards, so I thought that I would make a couple today to have on hand when I need them!

 

I love the way they turned out! I used a couple of files from SVG Cutting Files - Love Moon and Kawaii Moon - and did some welding of the two with my Silhouette software to come up with this sweet Kawaii moon floating on the larger cloud.



I then used some Jaded Blossom goodies to put together the card - Scallop Rectangle Dies 2, Rectangle Dies 2, Spring Dies 2, and the new Go Green stamp set for my sentiment. The sentiment was stamped using a Versamark Watermark Stamp Pad and Whispers Embossing Powder. The paper is from Authentique's Cuddle Boy collection.

I hope you will give these cards a try. It will make the perfect card for all those moms and dads that will be welcoming their new bundle of joy into this world.

I used the new Bunny Mail and Easter Basket Fun, along with the Luggage Tag Die and Spring Dies 1 (Version 2) to make this Easter Treat Set. The bunny box card is from SVG Cuts and the paper is Doodlebug Design and Papertrey Ink. I added some enamel dots for the bunny's eyes and on the tag from the Simple Stories Enchanted Collection.

Mr. Easter Bunny Basket! Jaded Blossom February Release Day 4!

It's Friday and that means today is Release Day at Jaded Blossom. We have two more sets of stamps to share with you this morning - Bunny Mail and Easter Treat Circles - and then today at 4 pm we will have our release blog hop and everything will be in the store.

I used a sentiment from Bunny Mail on my project.

The basket is from SVG Cutting Files. It is the Egg Holder Basket. I chose not to use the insert and was able to stuff it with several smaller eggs. To decorate the basket, I used Jaded Blossom's Panel Dies, Flag Dies, and Spring Dies 1 (Version 2).

I Love You Loads! Jaded Blossom February Release Day 4!

It is Day 4 of the Jaded Blossom February Release!

Today we are sharing two more stamp sets - Conquer the Laundry and Kawaii Cleaning. These ones will work for cards and treats, but are also great for all you planner junkies. Hehe!

I decided to make a treat. When I saw these stamps, I kept thinking of college kids who might need a fun reminder that washing your sheets and towels are important. Hehe!

I think a college kiddo might like opening a care package with some laundry soap, dryer sheets, an envelope of cash, a sweet note to remind them that washing sheets and towels is important, and, of course, this treat. And maybe a new package of socks to replace the ones the dryer already ate.

I also used the new Ric Rac Topper Die that we shared on Monday. The background paper is from My Favorite Things and the svg file is from Treasure Box Designs.

Irish You a Magical Day! Jaded Blossom February Release Day 3!

So many Jaded Blossom fans have been wanting a set of stamps just for St. Patrick's Day.

I decided to continue to work on my coloring skills using my Prismacolor Pencils and I made a one layer card. This sweet image reminds me of my daughter. I also used Card Mat Dies and Paint Splatters 2. The card base is Papertrey Ink cardstock.

I am so excited about today's reveal for the Jaded Blossom 2017 February Release.

Nerdy St. Patrick's Day!

I'm so excited to be sharing my card with you today.

I just love this cute fox stamp!

It's from the Jaded Blossom Foxy stamp set. I also used the Rectangle Dies 1 and Rectangle Dies 2. And the sweet sentiment and little paw stamps are from Dog-Gone Awesome. I added some Doodlebug Sprinkles and the background paper is Recollections brand.
