Feel Better Soon! Craftaholics R Us #35!

It is time for the Craftaholics R Us Challenge #35!

This week's theme is "Get Well"!

I decided that I would give my hand a try at the Vintage Flowers stamp set from Altenew again. The first time I used this stamp set, I didn't do any layering of the flowers. I'm glad I did this time, as I love how my flower turned out!

Supplies Used:
Altenew: Vintage Flowers Stamp Set
Jaded Blossom: Simple Sayings 2, Layered Frame and Journal Die, and Card Mat Dies
Authentique: Latest and Greatest 6x6 Paper Pad
Papertrey Ink: Stamper's Select White Cardstock

What a beautiful wait to say Feel Better! I can't wait to see all your "Get Well" cards and crafts!

Blessings,

Feel Better Soon!

(If you are looking for the Craftaholics R Us Challenge Post, please look here.)

Hey, it is my day to post over on the SVG Cutting Files Blog and I have a new cut file to share with you from Kawaii First Aid. These files will be available in the store this Friday.

I cut out my pieces for the bandage and pieced them together. Then I used a couple of dies from Jaded Blossom - Card Mat Dies for the background panel and Label Shape Dies for the shape behind the bandage. The sentiment is also from Jaded Blossom and is from the Simple Sayings 2 stamp set. The patterned paper is from Authentique's Latest and Greatest paper pad.

I'm loving how the bandage pops off of the blue background.

Thanks for stopping by to take a look!

Blessings,

Get Well - PDE Linky Party

Hey, All!!! It is another Friday post for the PDE Linky Party!

And this week's theme is Get Well!

With Halloween coming up, I have witches and goblins and everything spooky on the brain. So when I made this project, I couldn't help but go in that direction.

The tissue box was made using a tutorial I found on the Splitcoast Stampers site. To add some dimension to the box itself, I broke out an embossing folder and ran the panels through my Cuttlebug. I then took some silver ink and lightly ran it over the sides to add some color to the impressions. For my opening at the top of the box, I used a Spellbinders Label 10 die. The Skull and Crossbones file is from Miss Kate Cuttables. For the sentiment, I used a die from the Spellbinders Nested Pennants set and stamped Get Well to it.

I wanted to print out a sentiment that says, "Don't Die"; but maybe that would have been too much. LOL! Hope you enjoy my project and that you will give it or something similar a try. Have a great weekend and don't forget to drop by the PDE Linky Party with your Get Well projects.
