For My Beast Friend! Jaded Blossom November Release Day 2!

It is Day 2 of the Jaded Blossom November Release and there are two new stamp sets that we are sharing today - 

Yeti to Party and Hello Mr. Narwhal.

I just love the "For My Beast Friend" sentiment. 

I have also used Card Mat Dies, Scallop Oval Dies, Winter Dies, Winter Banner Dies (available Friday), Flag Dies, Scallop Slider and Topper Die, and Hey Chickie stamp set. The cardstock is Papertrey Ink and the patterned paper is Doodlebug Design. I colored my Yeti with Copic Markers. I also added some gems to the centers of the snowflakes.

Hipster Christmas! Jaded Blossom October Release Day 2!

Happy Hipster Tuesday as we share Day 2 of the Jaded Blossom Release sneak peeks. We are sharing two stamp sets today - Hipster Christmas and Bah Humbug 3.

I have a fun treat bag to share using the new Hipster Christmas set!

What could be more hipster than Santa in a beanie and some plaid Christmas paper!!!

I also used the Fancy Topper Die and the Tiki Hut Dies. 

I used Papertrey Ink cardstock and Lawn Fawn paper. I colored Santa with Copic markers and used Candied Apple Distress Oxide ink around the edges of the tag.

I Heart Chew! Day 5 of the Jaded Blossom August Release!

Tonight is Release Night for the Jaded Blossom August Release!!! All of this month's stamps and the new die set will be available in the store at 4 pm PST. The Design Team will also be hosting a Release Blog Hop starting at the same time and I hope to see you there!!!

I made this cute treat bag for my husband. It's always a good day to tell him that I love him!

Celebrating!!!

Happy 4th of July!

It is my turn to post on the Jaded Blossom Blog and I have a super cute treat to share with you today using goodies from Jaded Blossom!

I know that sometimes we don't have stamps for specific holidays, so I wanted to share with you a way to make a festive treat for the 4th without one.

To start with, I cut three of the Ric Rac Topper Die and some stars from the Star Dies. I then used my Silhouette machine to cut three of the free SVG outline files of the United States that coordinates with the United States Map stamp set. This is where the fantastic technique of embossing comes in handy. I first stamped the image of the United States Map on my svg diecut using the Versamark Watermark Stamp Pad and then I stamped the word Celebrating from Invitations Galore over the top of it also using the Versamark Watermark ink. I then poured blue embossing powder over it and heat set it and was able to get a fun sentiment right over my map. I used some Doodlebug Design paper for my background and some iridescent white cardstock from my scrap pile for the stars.

I think they came out quite festive and so very fun!

Fiesta! Jaded Blossom April Release Day 1!

It's April Release time at Jaded Blossom.

There are so many fun projects today, so I hope you will head over to the Jaded Blossom Blog after scrolling down my post here.

We are showing off the new Banner Dies, the new Cinco De Mayo stamps, and the new Be a Pinata stamps!

I have used the Banner Dies and two sentiments from Cinco De Mayo for today's sneak. To make my topper for my package of maracas, I also used Rectangle Dies 2 and Scallop Rectangle Dies 2.

On the card, I used the largest die from the Card Mat Dies to cut my background.

I used the International Beauty Mexico and Kawaii Pals Fairy from Treasure Box Designs to piece together my SVG file. All the paper is from Doodlebug Design. I used several collections. I love how their colors coordinate across all their collections. You can find some Doodlebug Design in the Jaded Blossom Store under the Fun Extras section. And the cardstock I used for my card base and the Scallop Rectangle Topper is from Papertrey Ink. They have fantastic cardstock! I heat embossed both of my sentiments.

Weather the Storm Together! Day 2 of the Jaded Blossom March Release!

It's Day 2 of the Jaded Blossom March Release sneak peeks and I just love today's stamp sets. We are sharing Kawaii Weather and Rain or Shine! 

The Kawaii Weather stamp set has the cutest characters with several face choices that are just perfect!!! For the card, I also used the Rectangle Dies 1 and the Scallop Circle Dies. The circle dies were used to make a template so that I could ink the circles using Stormy Sky Distress Ink on the background. I colored my characters with Copic Markers. I definitely need more practice with it, but I think they turned out cute!

I used a sentiment from the new Rain or Shine stamp set on the card above and a sentiment from Cupid Airlines on the Ric Rac Topper below. Both sentiments were heat embossed using a Versamark Ink Pad and Zing Embossing Powder.

Love is Sweet! September Release Week Day 3 for Jaded Blossom!

It's Day 3 of September Release Week at Jaded Blossom! Yay!

Today we are sharing two more stamp sets with you - Nutty for You and Mix and Match Nuts!

And I just love the sentiment I used from Nutty for You, because I am always giving my kids the Sweet and Salty Mix in their lunches. As soon as I saw it, I knew it would be perfect for sticking a little lunch note in with it sometime this fall.

Love sure is Sweet and so is this project!!! For the card, I also used Scallop Square Dies and Heart Splatters and the treat topper was made with the Scallop Slider and Topper Die and Heart Splatters.

Aren't the colors of fall beautiful? I always look forward to this time of year!!!
