Here is what I made:

I used the new Label Shape Dies and my all time favorite new stamp set - Dragon Kisses - to decorate this sweet baby girl shower gift. For the sentiment, I used Simple Sayings 2.

The bag is from SVG Cuts, the cardstock is by Papertrey Ink, and the patterned paper is by Authentique. I used Copics to color my dragon and Zing Embossing Powder for the sentiment.

Merry Christmouse! Jaded Blossom November Release Day 4!

Happy Thursday!

So excited to share today's project with you as I think it is just too cute!!! It is day 4 of Jaded Blossom's November Release Sneak Peek week and today we are showcasing the new Mouse Bites stamp set. I used the Merry Christmouse sentiment.

I love the font on this sentiment! The bag is from SVG Cuts and the mouse is from Treasure Box Designs. I used some designer cardstock from Theresa Collins. The crinkle ribbon for the handle is from Diana Larson's online store - DL ART.

Hope you like this cute gift bag as much as i do! The sentiment is perfect!!!

Jaded Blossom August Release Blog Hop!

Hey Everyone! 

Welcome to Jaded Blossom's August 2016 Release Blog Hop.

Now if you're here from Mel's Blog then you're in the right place; but if you're just passing through, start at the beginning because you don't want to miss anything.  I also have the complete line up at the bottom.
I decided to make two projects for you today. 
The first is a Birthday Gift Set:

My youngest is turning 8 in a couple of weeks and I thought I'd use the new balloon border die from Border Dies 2 to make a fun and bright gift bag with a matching card. I used a couple different collections of paper from Doodlebug Design. I used lots of Jaded Blossom Goodies on these - the new Border Dies 2, Rectangle Dies 1, Rectangle Dies 2, Alphabet Dies, Candy Charms and Banner Dies, and the new Happy Hello stamp set. I love how easy it is to emboss the stamps from Happy Hello. The cardstock base for the card is Papertrey Ink's Pure Poppy. The svg file for the bag is from SVG Cuts' Happy Holidays Kit.

My second project came together in my mind as I kept contemplating the cloud border dies also in the new Border Dies 2 set. Halloween is my uncontested favorite holiday. Ghost and Goblins, oh my!!!

I used several dies from Jaded Blossom - Rectangle Dies 1, Border Dies 2, Halloween Dies, and Spring Dies 2 - cutting each one out with watercolor paper. I then used Distress Ink to add all the color. The Distress colors used are Dusty Concord, Chipped Sapphire, Mustard Seed, Wild Honey, and Black Soot. The Happy Halloween sentiment was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. And the cute ghost face is from Peachy Keen Stamps (PK-1410). The cardstock base is Papertrey Ink's True Black.

Over the Moon! Jaded Blossom June Release Day 4!

It is Day 4 of the Jaded Blossom June Release! Today's reveal is out of this world!!! I always think space themed projects are so fun! I can't wait for you to see all the projects the team has made for you today!!!

Here is my project using Galactic Greetings:

This super cute gift bag uses the Moon Crater Bag and Alien Ship from SVG Cutting Files. From Jaded Blossom, I used the Card Mat Dies to stamp the sentiment from Galactic Greetings.

Birthday in Style! Jaded Blossom May Release Day 5!

It's time for the  Jaded Blossom May Release Sneak Peek Day 5!

Today the Jaded Blossom DT is showcasing projects using the new Social Candies and this month's freebie - Birthday in Style.

I used Birthday in Style to make this fun gift set.

I also used the new Envelope Dies and the Stitched Circle Dies. The largest of the new Envelope Dies holds a 3x3 card, so I made my card to fit. The handled bag comes from SVG Cutting Files. I used the Dino Bag. And the rosette is from My Scrap Chick. The blue birthday paper is from Doodlebug Design's Hip Hip Hooray collection. This set was super easy to put together and will make it easy to package a small gift or tuck some candies and a gift card into.

Make a Splash! Jaded Blossom May Release Day 1!

It's May you all and Jaded Blossom has one fun release this month. Trust me when I say there is too much cuteness going on!!!

Today the Jaded Blossom DT is showcasing projects using the new Envelope Dies and the Mermaid Kisses stamp set. The largest die in the Envelope Dies will hold a 3x3 card which is the perfect size card to stick into a gift bag.

And talking about gift bags, I have a cute one to share with you today using a fun sentiment from Mermaid Kisses.

Along with the Mermaid Kisses sentiment, I also used the Jaded Blossom Mini Tag Dies 2 and Border Dies. 

The so very cute Mermaid file is from Treasure Box Designs.

The Larger Handled Box Bag is from SVG Cutting Files. (I made an alteration to the handle on the bag in my software before cutting it.) The paper I used for the bag comes from the Craft Smith Pacific Cove 12x12 paper stack.

And it wouldn't be complete without the 3x3 card, so I made this to go along with it.

I used the Jaded Blossom Stitched Square Dies for my card front. I stamped on the small image of the Mermaid from Mermaid Kisses and added some cut files from the Treasure Box Designs Mermaid file. I then die cut the largest of the new Envelope Dies for the card.

You are My Purrson! 5 Days of Baby Buddies w/ Treasure Box Designs!

I am so excited to be teaming up with Treasure Box Designs again for another 5 day series of inspiration using files from the TBD store.

This time around we are sharing

Baby Buddies!!!

I want to show you some really fun ways to use these files on cards and maybe on some other projects over the next 5 days. Baby Buddies will look awesome on baby projects for sure and some time this week I will have a project or two showing just that, but I also want to show you some other ways to use them. Today's card will show you a fun way to use them for a nursing theme.

Today, I am sharing a gift set that is perfect for those in the nursing profession. Have you been in the hospital lately or someone you love? Did you have that nurse that you never wanted her (or his) shift to come to an end? You know, it is the one who became your person. The nurse you always looked for and hoped would come when you rang the button. Or maybe you have a nurse at your doctor's office that is just the best like the one at my kiddo's pediatric office; and every time you go in, you hope she is there because she makes you feel comfortable. And maybe you want a way to say thank you to this favorite nurse. Then today's project is definitely for you!!!

It is so important that we say Thank You to those who work in community service professions. We would be in a tough spot without them!!!

For this set, I used the cat from the Baby Buddies Cat and Dog file along with the ER Visit file for the nursing gear. I just sized my cat to fit both my bag and another to fit my card and then I made sure the hats and the stethoscopes were sized to work with both of them. The little bag is the perfect size for some candies and a gift card!!!
